students (to include, trainees and clients) in writing of the services provided
by me, with particular reference to my Trainers qualifications, and costs
relating to the time required to reach the standard of the Driving Standards
Agency test of driving competence, venue, duration and contents in relation to
the ADI examination structure and make adequate arrangements necessary to
acquaint students with my Terms and Conditions and my complaints procedures. To avoid improper language, suggestions
or physical contact with students.To take all reasonable care, skill and
diligence in instructing students in all aspects of traffic, driver education,
taking account of individual needs and ensuring the safety of students. Not to discuss information disclosed
by any students during training, with any other party, except where under
obligation by law; and not to discuss the students progress or driving standard
with any other party, except for normal consultation within the training
session. To maintain proper standards of
personal hygiene and dress.To ensure any vehicle driven or used
for training is maintained in good mechanical order and condition, is properly
insured, taxed, and where appropriate, certified as roadworthy; and that all
reasonable care is taken to keep it clean and tidy.To ensure that professional driving

postponements of lessons by me, due to illness or mechanical breakdown, nor for
driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency Personal

I will at all times behave in a
